About Us
_
PhysiosInMotion established in 2015 is a sports and orthopaedic manipulative therapy physiotherapy practice set in Morningside, Johannesburg. To be maximally effective in the treatments of our patients, we pride ourselves on a complex assessment, accurate diagnosis and the use of evidence based treatment.Treatment is individualised according to assessment findings and patient goals as we believe no two patients are alike. We believe that patients should take an active role in their treatment and rehabilitation.
Physiotherapists are first line health care practitioners and a referral from a specialist or doctor is not necessary. We are trained to assess, diagnose and treat. Conditions out of our scope of practice are referred to the relevant specialists if necessary. We also incorporate a multidisciplinary team approach to the treatment of patients with psychologists, doctors, sports coaches, biokintecists and podiatrists as required.
